We’re a specialised freight carrier servicing Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and more. We were a wine wholesaler before we became a wine freighter. Our 10+ year frustration with common carriers is what motivated us to begin freighting wine ourselves. We knew many of our fellow wine wholesalers and retailers shared our frustration and so they were keen to jump on board our service. We now freight wine between Melbourne and Sydney four nights a week, Brisbane twice a week, and to Adelaide, Mornington, Byron Bay, and some regional Victoria areas once per week.

We ensure the wine is temperature controlled – our interstate vans are insulated and cooled and our local drivers take small runs in air-conditioned passengers vehicles using window shades and thermal blankets.

Credits issued within 24 hours
We don’t break wine – well, accidents do happen but they are rare and you know about them the same day and a credit for the value of the wine is issued to you within 24 hours.

Insurance options for your wine
We offer insurance as part of your freight rate up to $1000 in value, and a 'high value consignment insurance’ option for 1% of the declared value for consignments over $1000 in value.

We go the extra mile to ensure your wine is delivered
If the recipient is not at home to receive their wine, we contact them whilst we are still on site and see if we can work something out. If not possible, we let you know and then arrange a reattempt with the recipient (futile charges apply).

Our rates start at $13.00 for a six pack of wine. But it all depends on where the wine is coming from and going to. Hop in our Contact Us page and send through an enquiry to get more information about our rates.

We are a parcel carrier so taking bulk deliveries (exceeding 15 dozen) needs prior approval before booking into the portal.

We will only ever leave a delivery somewhere safe if we have authority to do so and there is somewhere safe to leave it (out of sight and weather conditions).
If prior authority is not given, our drivers will attempt to contact the recipient.

Anonymous Wine Freight assume liability for any damage, destruction or loss directly caused by us during the provision of our freight services up to the amount of $1,000.
If you would like to insure your wine to any value over $1000 you must opt in to the ‘high value dispatch’ insurance via the booking portal.
High-value consignments which require insurance will incur an additional cost based on the declared value.

All orders are tracked through our TransVirtual portal and can be accessed through the senders customer account.
Recipients will receive a tracking notification via email when we collect the order from the sender and a SMS on the morning of the delivery which provides them an accurate ETA and the option to request updates/provide delivery instructions.
